Privacy Policy

Your privacy is critically important to us. We do not share your personal information with anyone unless it is required by law. TNQ InGage Technologies LLP. (“TNQ InGage”) operates multiple apps and websites (including servevis.com). It is TNQ InGage’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our apps or websites. If you have questions about deleting or correcting your personal data please contact your group’s administrator or email TNQ InGage at support@tnqingage.com.

Website & App Visitors

Like most website operators, TNQ InGage collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. TNQ InGage also collects non-personally-identifying information in the download and use of its apps, such as operating system and number of downloads. TNQ InGage’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how ServeVis’s visitors use its services. From time to time, TNQ InGage may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its apps or websites.
TNQ InGage also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for website visitors (as part of the web server’s standard logging process), and potentially personally-identifying information like first and last name, email address, and phone numbers for users who have logged in (or requested to log in) to a specific group’s app. TNQ InGage only discloses logged in user information and visitor IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Certain visitors to ServeVis’s mobile apps and websites choose to interact with ServeVis in ways that require TNQ InGage to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that TNQ InGage gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, users who join a ServeVis app are required to supply their first name, last name, and email address. Those who engage in other functions within a ServeVis app – such as sharing photos, for example – are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the permission to access photos stored on a device, or other permissions required to complete a task. In each case, TNQ InGage collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the user’s interaction with ServeVis. TNQ InGage does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And visitors and users can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website or app-related activities.

Aggregated Statistics

TNQ InGage may collect statistics about the behavior of users in its apps or visitors to its websites. For instance, TNQ InGage may monitor the aggregate amount of activity within each group’s app. TNQ InGage may then display this information publicly or provide it to others. If this information is displayed or provided, it will be anonymized (for example, reporting on the average amount of time users spend within the sum of all apps), unless the group’s administrators and TNQ InGage mutually agree to publicly share statistics (for example, reporting that ABC Organization’s users spend 10 minutes per day within its app). TNQ InGage does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information

TNQ InGage discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on ServeVis’s behalf or to provide services available at ServeVis’s apps and websites, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using ServeVis’s websites, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. TNQ InGage will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. Other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations, as described above, TNQ InGage discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only in response to a subpoena, court order or other mandatory governmental request, or when TNQ InGage believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the safety, property or rights of TNQ InGage, third parties or the public at large.
If you are a registered user of a ServeVis app or website, or have supplied your email address, or your group’s administrator has supplied your email address, ServeVis may occasionally send you an email to tell you about activity related to you in your group. We may also email you periodically to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with ServeVis and our products. We primarily use our various product blogs to communicate the latter type of information, so we expect to keep this type of email to a minimum. If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. TNQ InGage takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.

Cookies

A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. TNQ InGage uses cookies to help TNQ InGage identify and track visitors, their usage of ServeVis’s website, and their website access preferences. ServeVis visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using ServeVis’s websites, with the drawback that certain features of ServeVis’s websites may not function properly without the aid of cookies.

Business Transfers

If TNQ InGage, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the event that TNQ InGage goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of TNQ InGage may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.

Privacy Policy Changes

Although most changes are likely to be minor, TNQ InGage may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in TNQ InGage’s sole discretion. TNQ InGage encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
